Our Commitment to Accessibility

iwoca is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience to everyone who uses our digital assets including our website, personal customer account pages in desktop and mobile as well as our PDF documents. iwoca is guided by our accessibility policy to ensure that people with disabilities have full and equal opportunity to access and benefit from the content, products, services and information offered by iwoca.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) outline the requirements for designers and developers to enhance accessibility for people with disabilities. These guidelines include three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

iwoca is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This means that while some parts of our content do not fully meet the accessibility standards, we are continuously working to improve and address any issues as they arise.
