To enter the prize draw to win a holiday of up to 7 days up to the value of £3,300 in 2020, you must complete the survey by 26/09/19 and provide your name, your business name and email address.

You do not need to be a customer of iwoca to enter, but you will need to be the owner of a small or medium-sized enterprise in the UK, hold a valid passport and be over the age of 18. A small or medium-sized enterprise is defined as a business with a headcount of fewer than 250 employees and an annual turnover of less than £50 million.

The survey and prize draw are open until 9:00am on 26/09/19. A winner will be randomly chosen by us and contacted via email on or before 03/10/19 (so keep an eye on your inbox for an email from iwoca). If your contact details change after submission of your entry, it is your responsibility to notify us by emailing givemeabreak@iwoca.co.uk. If you are the winner and you do not respond to the email within 14 days of the date of the email being sent by iwoca, we will choose another random entry to win the prize and your rights to the prize will become void after this 14-day period. Additionally, if you are unable to take up your prize for any reason, iwoca reserves the right to award it to an alternative winner chosen at random, in which case, you will no longer be eligible for any share of the prize.

The holiday will be in the Algarve, Portugal and the exact details (including the dates of the holiday) will be arranged between us, the winner, and the holiday provider Villascapes.

The prize includes (a) flights departing from the UK up to the price of £1,000 for up to 4 people, (b) a villa provided by Villascapes of up to the price of £1,800, and (c) up to £500 spending money.  iwoca will only cover prize money up to £3,300. Any costs incurred in connection with the holiday over £3,300 must be covered by the winner.

This prize does not include any additional items not specified in the paragraph above, including but not limited to (a) additional travel costs not specified in the prize, (b) travel to/from specified airports, (c) food and beverages, (d) entrance to tourist attractions, sites and museums, (e) spending money, (f) excursions or trips, (g) any other accommodation or travel that is not specified, (h) any personal or medical costs, (i) travel insurance, (i) additional luggage allowance, (j) taxes and duties, (k) optional activities.

We will not substitute the prize for a cash alternative. The prize is strictly non-transferable to another person.

We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who uses multiple names and require them to return the prize they may have won. Entrants must only enter the competition once and must use their legal name and not be part of a syndicate, group, society and not on behalf of any other person.

iwoca reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this prize without notice.  We may do so by amending this page without notifying you so it is advisable that you check this page from time to time. In such circumstances, iwoca has the sole discretion to provide an alternative prize of similar value should the specified prize become unavailable for any reason.

To show that a valid award has taken place we will publish the surname and county of the winner. If you would not like us to publish this information, please email givemeabreak@iwoca.co.uk.

The terms of this prize will be delivered under the terms of the United Kingdom’s laws and regulations. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts regarding any claims, disputes or obligations (including any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it).

Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of entry to win the prize.
